Responsibilities
Collaborates with BD team to execute site qualification and feasibility meetings
Work closely with department heads to evaluate costs for labor, equipment needs, and/or any other supplies needed for the protocol/synopsis
Collaborates with management to write, review and finalize proposal packages for sponsor submission
Initiates and hosts all project kick-off meetings
Creates integrated project timelines
Serves as a central point of contact with sponsors for all deliverables
Responsible to monitor the progress of each individual project deliverable against the project
Responds to sponsor post-study inquiries – collaborates with department heads
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in related field
3-5+ years of Project Management experience in a Clinical Research environment, preferably in support of early phase and phase I studies
Management Professional (PMP) Certification required but may be obtained within 2 years of hire or assignment
