Alesig Consulting LLC is seeking a Bus Operations Control Center Specialist to provide onsite support at the Bus Operations Control Center for the Connector Bus system. The role involves managing bus travel information, assisting customers with inquiries, and performing various operational duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Responsible for taking bus travel information (such as delays, traffic reroutes, accidents, etc.) and inputting them into the necessary applications for distribution

Responsible for taking customer calls requesting assistance

Obtains adequate facts using good judgment in finding answers and solutions to the customer's inquiry, question or concern

Performs other operational duties as needed while keeping the Manager informed on a regular basis

All other duties as assigned

Required

Previous experience in a customer service role
