Responsibilities
Develop and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Supply Chain and Logistics domain, aligning with the overall company objectives and market opportunities
Conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging technologies to inform product direction and ensure competitive advantage
Gather and document business and customer requirements, translating them into clear product specifications
Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, market need, and feasibility. Oversee the execution of product development projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards
Partner effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver successful product launches and ongoing improvements
Utilize data analysis, metrics, and user feedback to inform product development decisions and measure product success
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executives, business partners, and customers, about product vision, progress, and results
Possess deep knowledge and understanding of the Supply Chain and Logistics domain, its specific challenges, and emerging trends
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the Supply Chain and Logistics domain
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and mentor a team of product managers
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into product solutions
Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
