Responsibilities

Provide technical support involving manufacturing and repair of phase-matched RF hardline assemblies as well as traditional cable harnesses

Performs testing and failure analysis utilizing a DITMCO or equivalent test set

Verifies hardline RF performance utilizing a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), Performance Network Analyzer (PNA) or equivalent test equipment

Includes test set-up of specialized equipment, data collection and modification and installation of wiring and electronic assemblies

Provides technical consultation and 'hands on' assistance

Reviews drawings, specifications and technical procedures

Interfaces with other technicians, engineers, quality assurance personnel and other support personnel

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent with an additional two (2) years of experience

Minimum of 4 years equivalent relevant work experience

Position does require a minimum of 1 year of job-related electronic/technical experience

Candidate must possess mechanical aptitude and be experienced with various hand tools for assembly purposes

Needs to be able to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings, specifically wiring diagrams

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required

Preferred

Associate's Degree or Certification in Electrical Trades
