Use remote access tools, admin applications, and email to resolve technical problems
Follow documented knowledgebase articles to ensure consistent and accurate support
Qualification
Required
1-2+yrs IT Support Analyst/Desktop Support in an enterprise environment
Microsoft Windows & Mac OS
MS Office, MS Exchange
ServiceNow, remote access tools
Industry specific certification: HDI, MCP, Network+, or A+ certification preferred. (HDI certification required within 1 year of hire)
