Remote Customer Service / Insurance Agent
The Gainey Agency is a fast-growing, client-focused insurance agency offering flexible, remote opportunities nationwide. They are hiring Customer Service / Insurance Agents to build relationships with clients, present tailored life insurance solutions, and provide policy support.
Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend insurance products
Educate clients on policy options, underwriting, and benefits
Assist with basic policy servicing, such as endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes
Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training sessions
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
Qualification
Required
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
Must pass a background check
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment
Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM tools, video conferencing, and digital communication
Preferred
Active life insurance license preferred (or willing to obtain – we provide guidance!)
Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service
Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools
