Facility Asset Regulatory Specialist

The Facility Asset Regulatory Specialist (CMMS) is responsible for optimizing facility asset management and maintenance operations through the administration and support of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform asset assessments to identify data gaps and inaccuracies
Develop corrective action plans with facility leadership to address audit findings
Generate and analyze reports on asset performance, maintenance activities, and downtime
Analyze and recommend improvements to asset management and maintenance processes
Configure and maintain CMMS settings and parameters to meet facility needs
Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams to align CMMS data with operational needs
Coordinate with Design and Construction and other project teams to ensure new asset installations are inventoried in Engineering Central
Assist in troubleshooting CMMS-related issues and coordinate with IT for resolution
Utilize training materials and sessions to ensure effective use of the CMMS

Required

2+ years of experience in CMMS administration, asset management, or a related role

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Facilities Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Previous experience managing HCA's Engineering Central
