Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all phases of litigation for business-related cases
Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks
Lead and mentor junior attorneys and support staff
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions
Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings
Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses
Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business litigation
Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills
Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior attorneys
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
