Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise data warehouse solutions to consolidate clinical, administrative, and operational data
Develop Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to migrate and integrate data from legacy systems into the EHRM solution
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with VA and federal standards
Build reporting and analytics capabilities to support program performance assessment, clinical outcome tracking, and executive dashboards
Collaborate with database architects, data analysts, and business intelligence teams to align warehousing solutions with VA mission needs
Provide technical leadership in resolving complex data integration and transformation challenges
Ensure security and privacy controls are applied to all data environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and enterprise reporting
Proficiency with tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS, and experience with Oracle/SQL Server environments
Strong background in healthcare data structures, interoperability (HL7/FHIR), and federal data compliance
Demonstrated ability to translate clinical/operational requirements into data solutions
Experience working with Cerner (Oracle Health) electronic health record solutions and prior involvement with the VA Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program is strongly preferred
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / Moderate Risk clearance
