Responsibilities
Analyzes applicant information to determine whether the customer qualifies for a beneficial loan program
Assists customers in discussing financial objectives and goals and takes the initial loan application
Clearly communicates the loan program terms and benefits available to the customer as well as the loan process
Ensures all required documents are returned and disclosures are signed in a timely manner
Follows our sales process and QA requirements to remain compliant
Continually meets and/or exceeds the Sales KPI’s set by Management
Is responsive to customers’ needs and expectations
Has excellent communication skills and is clear, concise, and professional when speaking with customers
Is eager to develop knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines
Has strong knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines
Maintains a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures
Adheres to shift requirements
Candidate should not be within a reasonable commuting distance from a Freedom Mortgage call center/licensed branch (typically more than 75 miles)
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate/GED, Bachelors Degree preferred
At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience
Proven track record of exceptional performance
NMLS/SAFE
At least 1 active license or at a minimum, the ability to be licensed without having to retake the SAFE exam
