Community Engagement, Sales, and Marketing Associate

YogaSix Walnut Creek is a modern boutique yoga studio redefining the way people experience movement, mindfulness, and community. They are seeking a passionate and outgoing Community Engagement Ambassador to represent the studio at local events, build relationships, and promote their offerings. This role involves engaging with the community, building local partnerships, and supporting events to enhance studio awareness.

Responsibilities

Engage with the Walnut Creek Community
Represent YogaSix at local wellness fairs, outdoor markets, community events, and pop-up activations
Share our mission and offerings with warmth and enthusiasm
Build Local Partnerships
Connect with businesses, health professionals, and influencers to create cross-promotions, co-hosted events, and brand collaborations
Promote Studio Awareness
Distribute flyers, promotional materials, and special offers throughout the area
Drive traffic and interest through authentic, face-to-face conversations
Event Support & Coordination
Help plan and execute on-site and off-site events in collaboration with studio staff and management
Ensure a seamless, fun, and engaging guest experience
Capture & Share the Vibe
Collect photos, short videos, testimonials, and community stories to be shared across YogaSix social media and marketing platforms
Collaborate Across the Team
Work closely with the Studio Manager and front desk team to align outreach with studio goals and upcoming promotions

Required

Must have weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday)
Must be available for select weekday mornings and evenings depending on event schedules
Must be comfortable working approximately 2030 hours per week

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Enjoy flexible, event-driven work that requires some adaptability
Are passionate about wellness, fitness, and helping people feel their best

Preferred

Have experience in promotions, marketing, outreach, or events (preferred but not required)
