Cincinnati Children's is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor research faculty to join their Division of Diabetes and Endocrinology. The role focuses on directing research relevant to endocrinology while balancing patient care and academic responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Direct innovative and independent research broadly relevant to endocrinology
Divide their effort between patient care and academic activities
Supervise the inpatient consultation service
Participate in the training, education and mentoring of fellows, residents and students
Provide outpatient diabetes and endocrine care at the Main Campus and satellite locations

Qualification

MD/DOMD/PhDBoard certified in Pediatric EndocrinologyResearch experiencePeer-reviewed publicationsSupervision skillsOutpatient careMentoring skills

Required

Have an MD/DO or MD/PhD and be board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Endocrinology
Have a track record of research including peer-reviewed publications
Be willing to supervise the inpatient consultation service
Participate in the training, education and mentoring of fellows, residents and students
Provide outpatient diabetes and endocrine care at the Main Campus and satellite locations
Those trained in Medicine and Pediatrics are also encouraged to apply
