Responsibilities
Provides technical leadership across WSSC’s existing ServiceNow modules and guides design for SPM and CSM adoption
Defines technical blueprints for incident, problem, change, request, and asset lifecycle processes
Conducts architecture reviews, ensuring compliance, cost, and risk visibility across IT assets
Designs integrations with HR, finance, and GIS systems where needed for asset and customer data
Qualification
Required
10+ years in enterprise application/system architecture, including 5+ years architecting ServiceNow solutions
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM/ITOM/SPM/CSM)
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Asset Mgmt Pro (hardware/software lifecycle)
Proven delivery of SPM and/or CSM implementations at enterprise scale
Strong expertise with PA dashboards for asset compliance, cost management, and SLA tracking
