Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of developers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to enhance productivity
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Ensure best practices in software development are followed, including unit testing, debugging, and code reviews
Maintain documentation related to project progress, team performance, and technical specifications
Assist in the design and implementation of web applications using technologies such as ASP.NET, React, Angular, and Node.js
Oversee database design and management using SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
Implement RESTful APIs and web services for seamless integration with other systems
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve team capabilities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a leadership role within software development or IT environments
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby on Rails
Strong understanding of web development frameworks including ASP.NET, React, Angular, or Node.js
Familiarity with database management systems like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or SVN
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
