In this role, the BCBA will work with pediatric patients, supervise line therapists, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and school teams to support client success.

Supervise line therapists

Provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Create behavior intervention plans based off functional behavioral assessments
Define and track behavior in observable and measurable terms
Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
Complete and maintain required trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations
Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity
Review and adhere to policies & procedures manual
Qualification
Required
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis
