Hadrius is a fast-growing company that automates and consolidates securities compliance for investment firms using AI. They are seeking a Founding GTM to drive outbound lead generation and fill the sales pipeline while working closely with the founding team to shape the future of the financial system.

Responsibilities
Understand the core problems Hadrius solves, our ICP, our value proposition, the Hadrius platform, pricing structure, and roadmap
Work with our existing sales team to ramp up on our CRM and existing lead gen methodology
Begin shaping/improving our current sales processes informed by your previous experience
Book your first 5 demos
Drive $500k ARR in pipeline
Crafting lead generation strategies independently
Track your metrics along with the rest of the team, and contribute to strategy sessions to improve sales velocity and efficiency
Continuing to develop the above skillset, especially your qualified lead gen velocity (reaching +1-2m ARR in pipeline per month)
Create internal Hadrius champions with prospects
Qualification
Required
1+ years of professional experience in outbound lead generation
1+ years of experience with cold email, cold calling, and cold social outbound strategies
Top 1% work ethic as compared to your peers
Work experience in a B2B SaaS or Financial/Fintech firm
Track record of crushing quota targets and going above and beyond
History of working independently and leading efforts to optimize the funnel
Strong daily activity numbers while maintaining high personalization and quality
