Responsibilities
Performs general facility maintenance and repairs and housekeeping, office services and office moves as directed
Provides assistance to all other maintenance staff members and works as part of team while performing duties
Performs routine maintenance tasks
Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required
May be required to work on off shift and/or weekends
Must be available for call in activity
Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP’s
Required to maintain current status in C2C training modules
Qualification
Required
High school education or GED required
Ability to operate MHE
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and diagrams
Job requires a high degree of reliability
Must be able to work independently or within a team environment
Must have a broad knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment
Preferred
One (1) or more years of experience in facility maintenance preferred
