They are seeking a Compliance Liaison who will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s compliance efforts by maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with audits, coordinating training, and ensuring data integrity across compliance-related activities.

Responsibilities

Maintain and organize compliance documents, process incoming paperwork, and ensure all records of compliance activities are accurate and up-to-date

Coordinate and schedule compliance training sessions for employees to ensure they are aware of relevant policies and regulations

Support internal compliance audits by helping with the collection and organization of necessary data and documentation

Enter, research, and analyze compliance-related data and information to identify any gaps or errors in business operations

Handle various clerical tasks, such as managing the compliance audit calendar, distributing compliance documents, and responding to internal compliance inquiries

Work with various departments, including HR, Legal, and Finance, to ensure consistent adherence to compliance standards across the organization
