Responsibilities
Maintain and organize compliance documents, process incoming paperwork, and ensure all records of compliance activities are accurate and up-to-date
Coordinate and schedule compliance training sessions for employees to ensure they are aware of relevant policies and regulations
Support internal compliance audits by helping with the collection and organization of necessary data and documentation
Enter, research, and analyze compliance-related data and information to identify any gaps or errors in business operations
Handle various clerical tasks, such as managing the compliance audit calendar, distributing compliance documents, and responding to internal compliance inquiries
Work with various departments, including HR, Legal, and Finance, to ensure consistent adherence to compliance standards across the organization
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and handle documentation efficiently
A critical skill for identifying discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in documents and data
Familiarity with data entry, Onesite, word, excel, PowerPoint, document management systems, and compliance software
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other staff regarding compliance matters
