Responsibilities
Provide strategic product direction and oversight to ensure consistency, best-in-class product performance, and experience
Manage product profitability to meet financial hurdles
Ensure the timely coordination and completion of projects
Enhance products to be competitive and increase market share
Identify, develop business cases, share findings and make recommendations to senior management for enhancements to assigned Product(s)
Build partnerships across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
7+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role in a professional corporate environment
Detail-oriented and ability to quickly assimilate and analyze large amounts of information
Sufficient self-confidence and ability to propose new ideas and solutions
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
A willingness to take ownership of the role and a keen ability to partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and drive solutions from start to finish
Strong project management skills
Preferred
Consumer credit card industry experience
