Responsibilities

Proactively engage with CFOs, investment professionals, and finance leaders at private equity firms and their portfolio companies
Pitch Finatal’s expertise in placing high-impact financial talent
Negotiate terms, fees, advise for clients
Become a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed hiring decisions that support their growth
Build and manage a high-caliber network of finance professionals on an interim and perm basis
Source talent using a mix of platforms – LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM, networking, and direct outreach
Conduct initial candidate screening calls, as well as follow up meetings (face to face and virtual) to understand each candidate’s experience
Match top candidates with the right opportunities, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment

Required

You will be a 2026 Graduate and looking to step into an executive search role
A high-achiever with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
Must be able to commute to our Manhattan office 4 days/week

Preferred

Experience in out-bound sales, or exposure to Private Equity is desirable
