Responsibilities

Act as the customer service role model for the branch
Provide information about products and services
Assist with resolving customer service related issues
Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment
Serve as a liaison between customer and sales department
Assist branch management by addressing issues when necessary
Serve as a key contact for multiple processes
Performs related work assignments as directed

Required

High school diploma or GED
Demonstrated customer service experience
