They are seeking a Learning and Development Intern to support Talent Development initiatives by creating e-Learning courses and assessing learning needs in collaboration with subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

Support key Talent Development initiatives

Develop internal and client-facing e-Learning courses

Partner with subject matter experts to assess learning needs in order to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions

Support a variety of learning and development projects

Develop high-quality learning solutions that enhance performance and drive organizational goals

Utilize advanced authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Iorad to develop professional learning content that engages and empowers learners

Embrace new technology such as generative AI to support the Talent Development function in accelerating content creation, evaluating learning impact, and delivering solutions that advance Company goals

Work effectively with subject matter experts to deliver solutions that meet learning needs

Required

Education/Credentials: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology or related field

Preferred

Prior instructional design, e-learning, and/or teaching experience is a plus
