Responsibilities
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts
Conduct manual and automated testing of software
Identify, document, and report bugs and issues
Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality outcomes
Perform regression testing after updates or bug fixes
Conduct performance and security testing
Verify client requirements are met
Test user interfaces for functionality and design consistency
Prepare reports on test results and product quality
Stay updated on QA tools and methodologies for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete)
Proficiency in bug tracking software like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies is a plus
