Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle project management for software development initiatives — from concept and design through implementation and post-release support
Collaborate with teams to define technical scope, resource needs, and realistic timelines
Translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
Identify and mitigate technical risks and roadblocks to ensure project continuity
Provide technical oversight and input throughout the development process, leveraging your coding and architecture experience to guide decision-making
Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance within project teams
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help optimize team workflows
Act as a mentor or technical liaison when needed, especially for junior developers or cross-functional team members
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Project Lead
Prior hands-on experience in software development (e.g., as a developer, engineer, or technical lead)
Proven track record of successfully leading software projects in dynamic environments
Strong knowledge of SDLC, software design principles, and modern development practices
Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, DevOps, security, and design
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern development stacks (React, Node.js, Python, etc.)
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) are a plus
