Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional AI projects involving machine learning, data engineering, infrastructure, and AI product integration
Translate AI solution strategies into project roadmaps, execution plans, and delivery milestones
Work closely with teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and external partners
Manage the development and deployment lifecycle of AI services, from experimentation to production rollout
Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI, including considerations for bias, transparency, and compliance
Facilitate Agile processes (scrum, sprint planning, standups) to support effective and timely execution
Track technical progress, risks, and dependencies across AI-related workstreams
Develop and maintain clear project documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting
Stay abreast of emerging AI tools, platforms, and industry trends to inform project strategy and technical planning
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in technical project management, with demonstrated leadership on software or AI projects
Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, workflows, and delivery processes
Experience managing projects involving AI services (e.g., LLMs, computer vision, NLP, model serving, inference APIs)
Familiarity with cloud-based AI infrastructure (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI)
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work across highly technical teams
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
Ability to balance technical depth with project delivery and stakeholder communication
Preferred
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
Experience with AI product lifecycle management, including model evaluation, monitoring, and MLOps
Knowledge of data privacy, security, and ethical frameworks in AI development
Certifications in AI, data science, or project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM)
