Responsibilities
Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and present them to key stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize user research in the product development process
Create personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research insights
Analyze and present both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design and product decisions
Advocate for the voice of the user in all stages of the product development lifecycle
Maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors to help us improve existing products and design new solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in user research, preferably within a fast-paced tech or marketplace environment
Strong proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.)
Ability to analyze and synthesize research data into clear insights and recommendations
Experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for the user
Experience with user research tools (e.g., Lookback, Optimal Workshop, UserTesting, etc.) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
A growth mindset and curiosity to continuously learn and adapt research methods
Preferred
Preferred industry experience in trucking, transportation, or related mobility sectors
