Responsibilities
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure the accuracy of reporting
Assist in the design and development of databases, data systems, and data collection strategies
Monitor data integrity, identify data discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures
Create and maintain technical documentation for data processes and workflows
Support business decisions through ad hoc analysis as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of working with large datasets
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or Tableau
Experience with database management systems and ETL processes
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong ability to translate complex data into understandable, actionable insights
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
