Responsibilities
Support key Learning & Development initiatives
Develop internal and client-facing e-Learning courses
Assess learning needs in order to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions
Support a variety of learning and development projects
Develop high-quality learning solutions that enhance performance and drive organizational goals
Utilize advanced authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Iorad to develop professional learning content
Innovate and embrace new technology such as generative AI to support Learning & Development
Work effectively with subject matter experts to deliver solutions that meet learning needs
Handle very sensitive and confidential information across all aspects of this role
Qualification
Required
A desire to learn and apply new concepts and technology quickly
Highly organized and proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Exhibits helpful, courteous, and self-starter attitude; motivated about contributing to the success of a rapidly growing company
Ability to maintain confidential information
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
Ability to work independently
Ability to synthesize advanced concepts into learning content that is easy for learners to understand
Education/Credentials: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HR, Education, Psychology or related field
Preferred
Prior instructional design, e-learning, and/or teaching experience is a plus
