Responsibilities
Assists in the collection and analysis of data from reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and photographs, to plan and design projects
Prepares and checks design computations and quantity estimates
Assists in the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, and designs for projects
Assists designers/technicians. Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents
Performs occasional field observations and data collection assignments
Adheres to company standards for quality assurance and quality control as defined in the quality manual
Other duties as assigned by the Manager or Project Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited four-year college or university
0-3 years of relevant experience (HVAC)
Possess EIT, or able to obtain EIT within 1 year
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work in the United States for any length of time without requiring sponsorship
