The Project Coordinator Intern will gain hands-on experience in project management, assisting project managers with coordinating meetings, tracking supplier data, and ensuring compliance with client contracts.

Responsibilities
Coordinating meetings with project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones
Updating supplier API spreadsheets to maintain formal tracking
Proactively reaching out to vendors to facilitate communication and streamline procurement processes
Reviewing client contracts to ensure compliance and understanding of project requirements
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Excel to effectively manage and manipulate data for reporting and analysis
Familiarity with PowerPoint to create engaging presentations
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect seamlessly with multiple departments to gather relevant information and insights
Pursuing Bachelors or Masters in Mathematics, Economics or other related majors
Preferred
Self-starter mentality with the drive to take initiative and tackle tasks independently
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision
Some knowledge of apex products/services is desired but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts is valued
