Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of new treatment pathways for OUD across the Penn Health System and regional partners
Supervise and train substance use navigators and other CareConnect team members
Collaborate with research staff to support study implementation, data collection, and dissemination
Provide direct patient care support in a clinical setting
Lead stigma-reduction initiatives and trainings across departments and clinical sites
Represent the program in local, state, and national policy discussions and advocacy efforts
Write and manage grants, including budgeting and reporting
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Master's degree and 5-7 years of experience preferred
