Responsibilities

Own and deliver high-quality, user-facing features on Gemini's mobile apps (Android and/or iOS), from initial prototype to launch
Architect and build scalable mobile systems, demonstrating a deep understanding of native platform capabilities and best practices
Develop and maintain supporting server-side logic to power mobile features and optimize data for the client
Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Modeling teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly mobile experiences

Required

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in native mobile development (Android or iOS), with a strong portfolio of building and shipping world-class, user-facing applications at scale
Deep expertise in modern mobile languages and platforms
Demonstrated experience with client-supporting server development to complement your deep mobile expertise
A strong aptitude for mobile system design and a proven ability to architect resilient, scalable features
Excellent collaboration skills and experience working in a cross-functional team environment

Preferred

Familiarity with ML systems and LLM concepts is a plus but not required
