Community Development Administrative Assistant
The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter is a mission-driven organization dedicated to strengthening community engagement and supporting impactful programs. They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Community Development Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the Community Development team.

Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating community events, employee recognition programs, and donor initiatives
Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor communication, timelines, and post-event follow-up
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, invoices, and correspondence
Support membership drives and campaigns through data tracking and communication
Maintain inventory of supplies and process purchase orders and invoices
Provide administrative support for donor relations and internal recognition programs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of administrative experience (scheduling, data entry, reporting)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Reliable transportation for travel within Oneida and Lewis Counties
Preferred
Additional education preferred
Experience in community development, human services, or marketing preferred
