Insurance Account Representative
State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional for the role of Insurance Account Representative. This role involves providing excellent customer service and assisting in the growth of the agency through effective marketing and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Qualification
Required
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Organizational skills
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
