Regional Deployment Manager

Responsibilities

Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of deployment strategies aligned with agile principles and DevOps practices
Collaborate with development teams, QA, and operations to streamline the deployment pipeline
Manage and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
Implement and maintain deployment automation tools and scripts
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices throughout the deployment process
Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate resolution efforts
Monitor and report on deployment metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Conduct post-deployment reviews and facilitate continuous improvement of deployment processes
Stay up-to-date with emerging deployment technologies and methodologies
Ensuring deployment compliance and security
Perform custom support tasks at Air, land, sea, rail, Ports of entry and Border Patrol Locations
Perform and manage on-site activities related to installation, repair, management, and maintenance of hardware
Perform troubleshooting of existing solutions to resolution
Track and document all performed work at a particular location
Be able to work at field locations in all-weather scenarios interpedently

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes, but not limited to: 3-year check for felony convictions, 1-year check for illegal drug use, 1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of overall experience
Experience with managing, troubleshooting, drawing designs, and preserving technical equipment
Proficient in using mobile tools and applications
Understand basic low voltage wiring principals
Proficient with signal cabling such as CAT 6 and coaxial to include testing and termination
Ability to drive daily to job sites up to 100 miles
Ability to travel to locations on the US borders
