Responsibilities
Provide weekly supervision and clinical and administrative oversight to assigned staff across multiple roles and service delivery models
Provide on-site training and orientation of new staff, and support the continuous development and learning of existing staff
Serve as member of the CSA Leadership team which supports intake, ongoing coordination and graduation planning for families, as well as development of continuous quality improvement activities and training for staff
Review and approve required documentation, progress notes, assessments, care and treatment plans, and comprehensive safety plans for assigned staff, focusing on effectiveness of interventions and quality service
Oversee and monitor the care provided to families served by the Eliot CSA
Qualification
Required
Independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) with supervisory experience
5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral services to youth and families, preferably in a home-base or wraparound program
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work and for providing services in the community
