Crime Analyst

Collecting, researching, investigating, evaluating, and analyzing criminal activities
Provides short and long-term crime and intelligence analysis to law enforcement personnel to identify on-going and emerging crime patterns, threats, and trends
Synthesize the data gathered into detailed reports that are used by their departments to make decisions about prosecutions, patrols, and staffing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in collecting, researching, investigating, evaluating, and analyzing criminal activities
Ability to provide short and long-term crime and intelligence analysis
Skill in synthesizing data into detailed reports
Ability to identify ongoing and emerging crime patterns, threats, and trends
