They are seeking a self-motivated Project Manager in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture to lead residential development projects in their Columbus, OH office.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of design and construction activities

Provide dynamic design solutions on residential development projects

Lead a multi-discipline and highly interactive team of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and technicians

Work with developers, planners, builders, and local review agencies to develop efficient, timely, and cost-effective solutions

Required

10+ years' of experience in design and plan preparation, with at least 4 years of residential site development projects

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, preferably working as a licensed Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect

Experience with industry design standards, guidelines and specifications (i.e., City of Columbus and surrounding counties, ODOT, and etc.) and knowledge of AutoCad/Civil 3D grading is expected

Proficiency in independent preparation of Hydraulic/Hydrologic reports, Roadway design and survey experience is a plus
