Required

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role focused on program development and governance (utility or public sector experience is a plus)
At least 5 years of experience with regulatory compliance and information security management frameworks like ISO 27000, COBIT, or NIST 800
Any combination of education, experience, and training that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job duties
Cybersecurity certification, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Strong project management skills. You know how to plan, execute, and close security projects on time and within scope
The ability to build relationships and explain complex topics in plain language
A calm, analytical mindset when responding to incidents
Integrity, curiosity, adaptability, and awareness of the public sector environment
