Responsibilities

Learn and understand general equipment maintenance and repairs
Understand DOT requirements and reporting
Inspect jobsite, equipment and facilities to ensure they meet company, industry, and state/ federal standards
Understand how to develop and manage budgets
Understand how to negotiate contracts with vendors
Track equipment performance metrics, conduct inspections, and implement data driven improvements for efficiency and reliability
Work with division and regional leadership to align asset management strategies with business goals

Required

Pursuing a Higher Education degree in a related field. (Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, etc.) Must be currently enrolled!
Interest in serving the materials/construction industry
Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members
