Responsibilities

Design complex, multilayer printed circuit boards
Drive and manage your design through the development process from concept to production release
Verify prototype hardware under thermal and environmental conditions
Work with the Factory to release a high-quality product
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally

Qualification

PCB designElectrical EngineeringUltra high-speed circuit designSignal integrity simulationProgramming/Scripting (C/Python)EMC/EMI/Safety standardsInterpersonal skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsLeadership skills

Required

Minimum B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
10+ years of experience designing complex PCB designs
Understanding of Ultra high-speed PCB circuit design and methodologies
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred

Experience with stack-up design, signal integrity simulation, and power circuitry
Familiarity with EMC/EMI/Safety and ITU/IEEE/Bellcore telecommunications standards
Programming/Scripting ability (C/Python)
