Responsibilities

Qualification
Required
Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resources Analytics, Organizational Development, or related
Strong interest in HRIS analysis and enthusiasm to learn
Advanced Excel skills required
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
