2+ years of relevant construction expertise

Supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce

Ability to lead a team on a construction site with multiple subcontractors

Effective schedule management and tracking of team performance

Collaboration with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals

Appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies

Knowledge gained from obtaining an associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience
