Responsibilities

Help develop disruptive technologies focused on target tracking and prediction

Create and implement algorithms, design and conduct robust experiments and analysis

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams and interact with customers

Explore fascinating datasets, develop cutting-edge algorithmic techniques, and solve high-impact, unique problems for customers

Required

Hold a PhD (or equivalent experience) in a scientific field such as applied math, physics, electrical engineering, data science

Have significant experience with tracking technologies, specifically with Multiple Hypothesis Tracking (MHT) or related algorithms

Have expertise using C++ programming language

Ability to perform experiment design, performance modeling and simulation runs, and associated test verification and performance analysis

Proficient in systems simulation capabilities, Monte Carlo methods, data structures

Able to communicate technical foundations of models and algorithms

Able to work and collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, for which U.S citizenship is needed by the U.S government

Preferred

Have experience in intelligence or military-related mission areas

Have experience with common software development tools (e.g. Git, Linux, Anaconda, Docker)

Have expertise using Python or MATLAB for scientific programming, algorithm development, data analysis, and complex visualizations (e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib)

Have an active security clearance
