Responsibilities
Own aspects of our stability, scalability and security as we onboard more customers and expand our product
Ensure we can successfully sync billions of records into our data platform from our customers’ SaaS tools reliably
Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and code and product quality strategy
Engage directly with customers and our GTM team to discover and solve our customers’ most complex and bleeding edge problems
Mentor junior engineers and continue raising our bar for engineering excellence

Qualification
Required
4+ years building software with a focus on backend (system architecture, data scale, application security) ideally in excellent engineering cultures
Eager to join our mission of bringing Frontier Intelligence to the industries and institutions that matter the most to human welfare - e.g., healthcare, government, financial infrastructure
Coding comes naturally to you, you do it for fun, and excel at it for work
High-ownership - owning things (projects, outcomes, customer unlocks) from ambiguous start to clean finish
Thrives in fast-paced environments - biasing towards action, not waiting for other people to tell you what to do or how to solve a problem
