They are seeking a Social Marketing Lead to define their social voice, create engaging content, and drive campaigns that amplify their mission and engage the global Web3 community.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead the social media strategy across platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, and emerging channels)
Create engaging, high-quality content (threads, posts, memes, visuals, short videos) tailored to the Web3 community
Manage the companys social accounts, ensuring consistent voice, tone, and brand identity
Monitor crypto trends, news cycles, and community conversations to position our project in timely and relevant ways
Collaborate with product, design, and community teams to plan campaigns around launches, announcements, and ecosystem updates
Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and report on performance
Build and nurture relationships with influencers, KOLs, and ecosystem partners to expand our reach
Act as a key storyteller, translating complex technical ideas into digestible narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in digital or social media marketing, ideally within Web3, gaming, or tech startups
Proven track record of building and scaling social channels with measurable growth
Native-level fluency in English, with excellent written communication and storytelling ability
Deep knowledge of Web3 culture, narratives, and online communities
Hands-on experience with social content creation - from writing threads to producing visuals/memes/short-form video
Strong understanding of engagement analytics, campaign optimization, and growth tactics
Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced, distributed teams
Preferred
Background in zero-knowledge technology, L2s, or developer-focused blockchain projects
Experience with community management or influencer marketing
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite) or video editing software
