Responsibilities

Lead the development and optimization of AI models using Python, with a focus on agentic AI
Implement AI solutions using LangGraph, LangChain, and Anthropic MCP
Contribute to productionizing code in a cloud environment to ensure scalability and reliability of cyber use cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems

Required

Active TS/SCI Clearance w/ Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years experience with Python and command line
4+ years' experience in software engineering practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD

Preferred

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and other foundational languages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for automation
Implement best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and processes
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in automation and AI
Knowledge with tools and technologies such as LangGraph and LangChain (or other agentic AI Frameworks, such as OpenAI)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills
