Responsibilities

Assist Manager/team in managing information effectively to improve department efficiency and performance
Well versed in hospital revenue cycle operations
Assist in translating business reporting requirements
Proactively review and provide data analysis
Plays a role in the data standardization process and helps develop, maintain, and automate tools and systems to support department monitoring
Assists with monitoring daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Builds a strong understanding Revenue Cycle operations and technologies as well as HCA enterprise technologies
Strong attention to detail in order to ensure the accuracy of the data
Works quickly and efficiently in order to meet the needs of the customer particularly when faced with tight turnaround times?

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance or related Business-related majors
Seven (7) years of job costing, revenue and profitability data
Expert level user of Excel – creating and utilizing formulas, pivot tables
Able to work in fast paced environment with ability to respond to change in priorities
Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation
