Responsibilities
Lead Guidewheel’s reporting and analytics capabilities
Be an expert on our end users—operations leaders, plant managers, supervisors, and process engineers
Set product direction in close alignment with the needs of the factory floor
Own your team’s charter, goals, and delivery
Collaborate with design and engineering to set an iterative, high-velocity roadmap
Drive execution with urgency, building and shipping experiences that empower our users and drive measurable results
Qualification
Required
4+ years of PM experience
Experience leading multiple product lifecycles
Ability to synthesize customer feedback and identify opportunities
Strong product instincts
Excellent communication skills
Ability to set direction and rally teams
Deeply customer-centric mindset
Willingness to visit factories and observe manufacturing processes
Eagerness to challenge outdated build cycles and harness AI
Passion for incorporating AI into products
Ability to master AI to accelerate and uplevel work
Ability to define OKRs, track progress, and hold the team accountable
Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams
Ability to drive execution with urgency
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Commitment to embracing change and expanding capabilities
Ability to create clarity and alignment within the team
